Ara is an amazing charity that supports individuals facing challenges with gambling, substance misuse, and housing instability. Their work changes lives, but their website was working against them. We used our Integrator service to help turn that around.

The challenge: Information overload
When Ara first came to us, they already had a website, but it got poor results. Over the years, it had become cluttered and confusing. People were getting lost in an overload of pages, complex forms, and competing priorities – they were clicking away from the site without getting the help they needed.

Ara signed up for our 12-month Integrator service, embedding our marketing services into their team for 2 days a week. As well as providing their day-to-day marketing support, we took on the challenge of boosting results. We did that by focusing on the fundamentals: a brand that connects and a website that converts.
